We are actively recruiting for the following positions:
Wanted:
Registered Nurse Geriatric Care Managers to provide case management in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and the surrounding communities.Job Description:
This is a contracted part-time hourly position, perfect for the educated nurse not desiring full-time employment with benefits, but seeking a gratifying autonomous position where their knowledge of the healthcare system is appreciated and fully utilized. The RN Geriatric Care Manager will have a caseload of clients that they will be managing through the continuum of care. In most instances, you will be determining your own working hours.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in PA
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum), Master's Degree Preferred
- Case Management Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Case/Care Management and/or Home Care experience
- High level of comfort with computers
- A passion for caring for the elderly

Non-medical in home care and assistance for seniors care aimed to make it possible for older adults to remain at home. Assist seniors with basic needs such as activities of daily living including dressing, feeding, bathing, incontinence care, medication reminders, social activities, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, transportation, and companionship. This is a contracted position without any guaranteed hours. Excellent hourly rate for experienced caretakers.
Job Requirements:
- Caring, compassionate, dependable individuals
- Experience working in the home with the elderly preferred
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass all background checks
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred
